I was making payment for (Joint Entrance Examination (Main)) and amount from my debit card (Rs 1002.95) deducted but transaction got failed.
What should i do?

I made transaction on 11 Dec 2017 and still got nothing.

I want refund.
I still haven't got my refund back.
when will i get my refund.
I want it as soon as possible.

Please do something...

I tried to book raiway ticket from paytm. I tried 3 times. All the time balance deducted but ticket was not booked. The paytm app showin that balance has been refunded but i have not received any refund.
