United Bank Of India [UBI] — Amount has been debitedfrom my account but i have not get my recharge

Sir on 19th January 3-14 am, 3.16 am & 3.19 am i try torecharge my mobile number [protected] by paytm apps . but 3 times its shows that my payment is failed. but in the morning i see that a amount of rs 130 has been debited to my account 3 times. so that 390 rs has been debited to my account. but i did't got my mobile recharge. sir please help me ..

I am a A/C holder o[censored]BI branch, Gouripur, Howrah, West Bengal bearing no.[protected]. On 23.11.2016 at 15.33.17 pm when I swipe my ATM card of this A/C in a SBI ATM, no transaction occurs; but Rs 2000.00 has been debited. Fund is not credited till date despite submitting written grievance in branch and UBI website.
