United Bank Of India [UBI] — amount not credit in account claimed to be returned from amazon

Amount of rs 384 is claimed to be refunded by amazon but it is not credit to my account number.

The authorization code (Refund reference number) for this transaction is[protected].

So when i will get my money back in my account. Its urgent. It has been many days done. They told me that amount will refect by 25-04-19 but till now i did not recieved my amount
