United Bank Of India [UBI] — amt. debited from my a/c but not credited there where i wanted to pay.

I registered myself in rly recruitment form online where i paid of rs.505.90 online from my bank a/c laying with united bank of india, rishra branch, hooghly for the same. After 10 m. The payment screen became hanged and exit from the screen. But rs.505.90 debited from my bank a/c on[protected] at time (20:28:18) and txn no.12614913. Pls rectify the transaction so that i can complete the rly recruitment form.

I tried to debit 3000rs from SBI ATM.the money did not come out but 3000 rupees was deducted from my account
