[Resolved] United Bank Of India [UBI] — atm failed transaction

I was withdrawal 200 rupees from axis bank kc sen road rishra, hooghly, pin - 712250, time around 17.44.
The transaction shows declined bt i got a massage from ubi that my account was debited by 200 rupees. Then i withdrawal another 200 rupees time 18.23.
So now what can i do.. Please suggest..

Still the problem not resolved and not refunded my amount..
