United Bank Of India [UBI] — branch manager o[censored]bi bank who did not accept my life certificate for pension | |||
I am a pension pension holder of eastern railway. This account name was smt pranjali roy and my pension account no is[protected] in jetia branch. This week is today i and my son went to the ubi bank to submitted my life certificate. Service manager did not accept my life certificate. Then i went to the branch manager and i asked her why did you accept my life certificate? Branch manager said to me that you are a widow family pension holder. That is why signature of your life certificate by your local ward member for pension. Otherwise i will not accept you certificate. I told her that where the ward member's signature is written? But branch manager told me that whether are you married or not? How do you know? That's why signature of the ward member is very important to us. My son replied to the branch manager mind you language? Then the manager told me that you know too much. So you get out from my cabin. I wanted to asked you that where was the ubi bank joined the polical party? Also branch manager has misbehave to me. I am helpless for this bank. Can i get my pension from eastern railway through ubi bank? Yesterday i and my son went to the ubi bank at 5:20pm (Approx) because they told to come. We talked to the branch manager and other bank staff. But branch manager told us, i did not make any mistake. You did wrong. So you have complaint against me, you made a mistake. We have mistakenly complained against the bank. So i am forced to tell sorrow that i and my son's right to freedom is being taken away. They are pressureing me too much and also i knew that my honor is being snatched. So i am requesting you that my honor is the honor of the country. Think these words you will accept my complaint. My addhaar no[protected] is linked with my bank account number[protected] but still NPCI does not show any mapped with my addhaar no. As a result we did not get my scholarship last year, I am getting so much difficulty in my study. Please do something for mapping my addhaar no with NPCI.
