United Bank Of India [UBI] — bsnl land bill payment transaction failed but a/c debited

I went to pay my bsnl land phone bill today (22.12.2017) through "my bsnl app", but the transaction failed. Bill has not been paid to bsnl whereas my bank a/c no[protected] with united bank of india khalisani branch has been debited by the bill amount of rs. 584/- which is intimated by the bank through sms. I want refund of the amount to my a/c as early as possible.
