United Bank Of India [UBI] — Cash debited from my account but ATM did not dispensed the amount

Hello sir,
My self Paras Bhatnagar, I am the account holder bearing No.[protected] in timarpur branch in Delhi. On 4.02.2017 when I went to ICICI Bank ATM in Vaishali sec-4 namely ajnara Landmark in Ghaziabad to withdraw the money, then my first transaction receipt shows transaction declined when I try to withdraw Rs. 1500 but eventually my account has been debited from the same amount. But the ATM did not at all dispense the money. The transaction details is CWDR/[protected]/[protected]/+ajnara LAN. Please look into the matter and credit back Rs. 1500 to my account which was wrongly debited.
