United Bank Of India [UBI] — complaint about staff

Today when i went for my f. D renewal the staff is not giving any response to me and even is not doing anything and he was just using his phone during his work time. He was not giving any responsing what ever i say and due to him i am not able to renew my f. D and he was not focusing in work.in place of doing his work he was using his phone in work time. He was just thinking that i am like a dog who is barking. It is first time in 19 years that your staff had not listened in place of doing his work he was just using his phone. So i kindly request you to do something about that staff of your.
