United Bank Of India [UBI] — debit of rs.120.0 due to some unknown reason

On 16/10/2018 at 14:17:49 Rs.120/- has been debited from my account due to some unknown reason. Sms came as "Info : CPH/MMS chgs/UTBI000".
I do not at all know what this charge means.
On 15th October I tried to withdraw money from UBI ATM. But everytime of after providing PIN and pressing 'Withdrawal' the screen became total dark. I tried 3 times such way. But during checking balance, the ATM machine responded correctly.
I dont know whether there is any connection between the happenings of 15th and 16th.
However, as this is unlawful deduction from my account, it should be refunded

My account no. is[protected]. DR CHANDRANATH CHATTERJEE. I am unable to login to internet banking last 2 months. My user id and passwords are perfect. Everytime showing wrong user id or password. Never says " your account has been blocked".

Rs.120 has been deducted from my bank account saying cph/cmms charge. This deduction has become constant these days. If this keep going on then i have to close my account. Set a refund please.
