United Bank Of India [UBI] — Delay in delivery of cheque book

My father, gautam nandan sengupta applied for a new cheque book on 5th june, 2020 in united bank of india's netaji market branch (Ifsc code - utbi0net082). His account number of this branch is[protected]. This branch is located in englishbazar city of malda district, west bengal. On 27th june, he received a message from bank stating that the cheque book had been dispatched. They also provided a tracking number: ew[protected]in. Sadly, the tracking number is of no use. He has not yet received the cheque book. It's been over 1 month that he is facing problems to withdraw money. He made contact with the branch but they couldn’t assure him when that cheque book will come. We request to united bank of india to look into this matter so he can get the cheque book as soon as possible. He is a senior citizen.in this pandemic situation, visiting bank frequently is affecting his health. So, please try to solve this problem.
