United Bank Of India [UBI] — failed digital transaction | |
I did online transaction for ticket booking from irctc rail connect app through ubi atm cum visa debit card on 11.09.2017 at nearly 17.30 hrs. The transaction showed failed and my tickets have not been booked, but an amount of inr 1930 has been debited from account. Please kindly resolve the issue and refund my money as soon as possible. Hi. I booked my train tickets by using my united bank debit card. Amount is deducted from account but didn't receive the tickets.
