United Bank Of India [UBI] — filing charge dispute and the ignorance of customer care | |
I (A/c no.[protected] requested a refund from amazon of a product whose price is 1999/- inr on 29th august, but till now i din't get that amount in my account. I want to file a charge dispute with the reference number hsbcn[protected]. The customer care service of your bank is really worst, worst than any other institution or organization. After continuous calling for 4 days once i got contacted with the customer care and after that till now it's impossible to contact your customer care number. If you don't believe me try yourself on your customer care number. I'm damn you are not able to do so. Moreover that once time when i'm able to contacted the customer care, he told me that he can't file the charge dispute (But anyone can file a charge dispute through calling customer care number in any other bank).in the branch no one is hearing me. I don't want anything else but just file the carge dispute of the reference number hsbcn[protected] and just give me the complaint number. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
