United Bank Of India [UBI] — Google pay refund money not showing in my account

On 30/04/2020 I had a bill payment through g.pay . My transaction was failed but the money (470.82) was debited to my account.Now g.pay saying they refund my money but it not showing my account.thay saying that contact to customer care o[censored]bi bank and share this UPI RRN number[protected].
Please look into this matter . Please help me.
