Dear, Sir, i was trying to open an ubi account for my junior brother to apply minority scholarship but the operator saying that he can't creat account for us. I am suffering this kind of problem from 15th september/17 to till date... I was informed the branch manager but he didn't solve my problem. The last date for apply minority scholarship is 30th september/17. What can i do kindly inform me.
