Sir. I tried to book a train ticket via trainman app from howrah jn to purulia jn but booking process failed but rs 905 was debited from my savings account[protected] dated 15/01/2020. They have initiated the refund process on that day via razorpay. As per information received from their end that the fund is released from their end and may lies idle. Please do the needful from your end so that the above mentioned fund will credited in my above mentioned savings account, i am attaching the information received from their end.
