United Bank Of India [UBI] — non refund of mobile recharge failure.

I asit baran shee of village bakhrahat like to inform you that i tried to recharge my mobile phone number [protected] on 21.06.2019 through phonepe rs.399 (Debited rs 388 from my account and rs 11 from wallet using my atm card number [protected] unfortunately the transaction failed. Transaction id number is n1906212157144845092516. But till now fund not returned to my account but phonepe intimated that they have returned the money to me. Please arrange to refund the money to my account.
