United Bank Of India [UBI] — online purchase refund

I have get an refund initiated by amazon in my account but it’s been more than a week the amount has not been received in my account as i have ask the customer care of amazon and they informed that the amount has been transferred but the us no record in my bank as there is some issue getting my refund back on my account so, please fix this issue as I could get my money back.
