United Bank Of India [UBI] — Online transaction failed but SB. account debited on 10/10/2020 of RS.1200(one thousand two hundred only)

I tried to recharge online my Airtel dTH on 10/10/2020. I am a retired employee and my SB a/c no. is[protected] with Bosepukur Rajdange Branch. Though the transaction failed and Airtel A/c was not credited but my SB/a/c is debited by Rs.1200. Twenty four hour have been passed and the transaction is yet to revers so I request you kindly to take notice of the matter and credit my A/c with Rs.1200(one thousand two hundred only) at your earliest. sorry to say this is not the first time but it happens now and then.
