United Bank Of India [UBI] — recharge of my bsnl mobile failed but bank a/c debited | |
My account number is[protected] with united bank of india, khalisani branch. I have tried to recharge a bsnl mobile today (06.03.2020) with rs. 88/-, but the recharge failed and my said account has been debited with rs. 88/-. Transaction description is bsnlpre/[protected]. On 13feb2020 at after that message has come that ur accnt was debited of Rs 120 for this CPH/MMS charges I even dont know what this charges is but everytime this bank is doing such type of nuisance. Please help me and refund the amount.
