United Bank Of India [UBI] — refund issue has not been resolved

Respected sir/madam,

This is to bring into your notice that an amount of rs.1284 has not been refunded to my account. The amount got deducted twice during the transaction on 15.08.2019 at humming bird cafe, madhapur, hyderabad, but the receiver received it only for once.
A request of refund has already being placed by the receiver but no such action has been taken from the bank's end to resolve the issue. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and initiate the refund.
