Hi, i made an online purchase on amazon for rs. 1507/- (1232.50 from united bank debit card and 274.50 from amazon pay balance.

And i received a wrong item so i returned the product,
For which amazon refunded the amount on 22.02.2019 and provided the refund reference number is gafgppzw5, i received rs.274.50 as amazon pay balance same day.

Now even after 12 days, i have not received my refund in the account. My customer id 43484186 and account number is[protected]
