United Bank Of India [UBI] — regarding misbehave with me and my mom by one male bank staff

I am a account holder of your bank o[censored]nited Bank of India, Karimganj Branch, yesterday me and my mom went to bank for knowing about subsidy of KCC account whether this money why credit to my mom account and if it is subsidy money then does it necessary to deposit again and if must to deposit then is it required interest money such as required on loan all such issue me and mom discussing with one bank staff who is sit in front of branch manager suddenly another staff of near sit starts using very very miserable words with me and mom for asking questions to another staff, I want action against him and want to close my this KCC account.
