My ubi account bearing no.[protected] has been debited with rs.1041.00 on[protected] at 14:52:58 hours while i was making payment towards my property tax in dum dum municipality through net banking. But a message appeared “time out, please login again”. Since the transaction has failed, it is requested to credit my accout with rs.1041.00 at the earliest.
