United Bank Of India [UBI] — to refund the money rs. 5000

I, ashoke bayerd, have an account sb a/c[protected] in argoal branch ifsc code utbi0agle71. I would like to inform that on 09/09/2017 i have visited a atm (Icici, mangal tower, pratapdighi), to withdraw rs - 5000. But the machine declined the transaction. I waited about 05 minutes. Few minutes later i have got a sms from ubi that rupees 5000 was deducted from account. Please look into the matter and kindly refund my money back.
