United Bank Of India [UBI] — transfer could not be processed but amount got debited: rs. 12006/-

I was trying to make an online transaction – fund transfer from my ubi account to sbi account on friday, 17th may, 2019 at around 4:45 pm
However the transaction could not be processed but the amount (Rs. 12006/-) has been debited from my account.

Branch : bosepulur rajdandang.
Savings account.

Kindly help me get back my money.
