Dear sir, I want to withdraw an amount of rs. 2000/- dated 04/02/2017 by using my united bank of india debit card in axis bank atm but transaction declined not received any money from atm. Same time i received sms that you your ubi account xxxxxx0644204 is debited with amount inr 2000 on[protected]"". But i have not received any amount.
