Universal Ads Media — Not a good company

I had bought adwords package from you 2 months back, till now I have got only 2 queries, and my Rs 3000 budget is spent, and insights shows 70-80 clicks. Just 2 queries and that too 15 days back!! For sure, the clicks and budget spent is fake. Their insights tool is updated after every 15 days, and in between whatever happens, you get to know only after the 15th day, However, I was promised during pre sale that you will get insights tool provided by google itself so that all the clicks and budget spend stats shown are genuine. I went to their Chandigarh address given on their website and found nothing there. The person who sold me the package stopped taking my calls immediately after receiving cheque. Customer care people say they will call back in 5 minutes with some people in the conference, I never get any call back from them. I request Universal Adsmedia to return my money, my firm name is Sunwin Healthcare Chandigarh. I would recommend everyone to stay away from these types of start ups and rely only on renowned names like Pensa media.
