Hello IFB, this is regarding my IFB machine. The motor needed to be changed, they came changed the motor but left out one part of the machine out while closing the machine. I already did payment of 6380 but no one from the service center picking my call.
I called technician and since mornign he is saying one hour to come and didint show up yet. I am unable to use the machine and they have jsut stopped responding to my calls also.
Worst experience am getting from IFB service. Please do something to get it fixed since i have already lost one working day over this.
