Universal Services — lg washing machine

I was checking for lg service and a technician from universal services called us saying they are tie up with lg service and so we accepted them to visit for the machine repair.
They charged us 8000 /- for outer body replacement and drain motor repair. Immediately after they replaced we checked the machine and it is not working.
They didnot fix the problem, they simply took with them and gave back the same machine without fixing. We feel it is a big fraud.

Please help us in getting the issue fixed or getting the money back.
