I have logged a complain (No:[protected] for lg top load machine on 8th june 2017 for technician and requested a visit on 10th june 2017. Bills and receipt of the service provider is attached here with.

Technician arrived on 10th june and said that gear box is damaged and needs to be replaced. He said he will take the machine and get the washing machine cleaned and replace with new gear box along with 3 year warranty. He took rs.1000/- as advance (Receipt attached). The machine was taken next day by the delivery men.

Washing machine arrived after two days and when i saw the drum of the machine to my shock they replaced it with an old dirty drum with scratches and dust on it (Pic attached). When enquired with the delivery boy, he said he has no idea about the replacement and demanded the money. He insisted to pay on immediate basis, else he will take the machine back. When i asked him to show the demo, he connected the machine and when he started the machine it was making lot of sound which was not there when we handed over for service. When i called the service center, operator said the drum and other part is new and it looks like that only and about sound it will take 3 to 4 days to reduce. The operator asked to pay the delivery boy and said he will send the technician if any more concerns or issue will come. I paid the delivery boy remaining rs.4000/- (Receipt attached) and when checked there was leakage in the pipe attached to washing machine. I immediately called the service center and asked to send the technician but from 2 days they are not sending any technician. Further we have been cheated as they have replaced the drum and gear box from an old and used machine. Also when we have checked the price in market it is showing very less. When we enquired with the service engineer about the same he refused to tell the price and responded rudely.
Request you to place guide on taking further action and block this service provider as they completely cheat, misguide and are fraud people.

We have these 2 numbers and we have called them many times and they are saying that they will send the technician but till today no technician has arrived. Even today we have called [protected], [protected] and [protected] and the receiver keeps on giving new person stating he is manager and ask us to tell our problem from scratch. The same people takes the call on these 3 numbers but pretends as if they are taking the call first time and hands over new person and stating he is in-charge, manager, engineer, etc. When requesting the price of the gearbox, they are telling no idea (manager, technician, engineer has no idea) then how they prepare the bill and on what basis they tell us the price.
We are really upset and feeling cheated. Disgusting services and response.
