They have cancelled the ticket due to same technical issues. Thay also intimated me that tha ticket amount will be repaid to your account with 2-5 days. Even though tha days have passed i have not received any amount till now from their side and there is also no proper response from their side to get my amount back.           My luggage has got missed and i have been giving complaints from the past two days. I have not received any positive response yet.
          I had valuable things in the luggage and since it is lost with the travel's responsibility, i wish to claim my reimbursement. Please take appropriate action as soon as possible.

            I have booked bus from cheng to bangalore. But we were moved from the same at tiruvalla, as they told new bus will come for us. So we all including ladies and children were made to stand there for 2 hrs. The new bus was not in good condition. It was stopped at salem for about 5hrs making all the passengers stuck over there. Only after 6hrs the manager have sent a new bus. The scheduled arrival time was 6am but we reached bangalore at 3pm.

              I have booked a ticket from Coimbatore to velankanni through universal travels on 24.04.2019. Although, I have been waited for more than 2 hours to departure. The manger o[censored]niversal travels, Coimbator, he treated the customers very badly and he used so many bad words to scold the customers. Because of that problem many customers suffered very badly. So, kindly take a necessary action against the travel service.

                The basic right of a passenger was violated by not providing a proper boarding address or a phone call through authorities. Still i dont have any idea about my bus and i keep trying to get connected to the phone number which was provided during the time of booking. The number is still switchoff nd neither they have called me from another number. Also they have not given a proper boarding destination or the bus oparetor number. And nobody in the concerned office gives any idea about the bus. This is a planned game done during a season time and i want them to refund.

                  Very pathetic operation and response from the officials. Issues there from ticket booking, bus arrival, bus condition and response and behavious. One month lost but still no refund and nobody picking the phone and no proper response too,. I will never use this in my life time. Being a patient i booked the sleeper class but they sent the semi sleeper bus. They were not listening to change the seats. We had a very worst experience with entire family

                    worst experience in universal travels bus journey booked via red bus

                    I have travelled from chennai to karaikal in TNSTC ordinary bus. I got neck and body pain so i planned to travel in private semisleeper bus. so i booked semisleeper seat in Universal travel Via redbus.
                    Boarding time is 9.55 pm but the bus arrived at 10.35 pm. Bus sent for the journey was spare with which is not good in condition. Back tyres are about to burst before that it was noticed because of the burnt spell from the tyres. So...

                    Universal bus service, better the government could block this bus service from public service. They literally stealing passengers money in the name of travels.
                    In india we have proper rules should be made for these kind of beggars. If the passenger cancel the ticket at last minute, they have to loose their money but what is the punishment given to the bus operator if they fail to provide service after staling the money from our pocket.

                      We booked a ticket in universal travels from mayiladuthurai to chennai sunday, february 17, 2019 reporting time: 22:45 and departure time 23:00. We waited more than 3 hrs but the bus was not came. We waited from feb 17th 10:30 pm to feb 18th 1 am,. But bus was not came..

                      Their office near near madhakovil was closed at the time of reporting. We called universal travels-customer care: [protected] / [protected] more then 30-40 times but the number says "switched off". Without providing any alternative number how could they switch off and there is no tracker for the bus also. Then how come we'll come to know.

                      How could a girl can wait for 3 hrs long at the mid night we waited for more than 3 hrs from feb 17th 10:30 pm to feb 18th 1 am? But the bus not came is the way the bus giving safety to passengers. If something happens wrong to me then who is responsible?

                      There are 3 more passengers with us and waiting for the same bus. And they too suffered lot.

                      There is no bus to chennai at the time of 1 am from mayiladuthurai to chennai. We booked ticked and went in some other bus. We got bus to chidambaram and then chidambaram to pondi then chennai. We was switched more then 2 buses. At late night. This much we suffered lot.

                      And till now there is no response or apologize from the bus operator.

                      I request kindly too action against this.

                          Hi,

                          I booked a ticket on sunday, 3rd february from pondicherry to chennai 5;30 pm via website. I was on the payment gateway page for more than 15-20 mins but nothing worked out. The money got deducted and i did not receive the ticket or any confirmation message from the travels.

                          While i tried reaching out to customer care there were 4 numbers given and none of the numbers existed.

                          Worst website to book travels from.

                          I need a full refund of my money and the inconvenience caused is painful.

                            Hi,

                            I booked a ticket with this travels company for travelling from chennai to pondicherry on 16th february, 2019. When i booked the bus was scania ac bus, later when i checked today i could see, they have changed it to a non ac bus.
                            And in the scania bus, my booked seat is showing free now.

                            When i called to their customer care number, they did not provide any proper information and when i asked to cancel it, there was no proper response.in this case, i should get a full refund. I am attaching here the ticket, i took a print out on the date of booking itself. This is a complete cheating. Please take appropriate step.

                              Had booked bus from velakanni but bus is alated in arikal and not came to velakanni. Same thing happend while coming to velakanni we have come in private bus from madivala to hosur at midnight 2 from hosru some bad bus had took us to velakanni at afternoon 2 pm instead of morning 6. This is not the services the customers are expecting. Universal travels are the worst bus serive we are getting.. We want the correct justice or else we have taken the videos and pic and we will be loding a complaint against universal travels as well as redbus webiste.

                                I would like to file a complaint about the universal bus services, I am travelling with my 6 year old child from Yesterday 10.15pm Date : 9th of December but its been 22 hours now still i'm travelling in the same bus. This is my pnr-TGYAR2LLZ0Z, Operator PNR - UNI2458914 till now my 6 year old daughter and me on the same bus.The bus got breakdown somewhere nearby Rameshwaram road (Not sure as it was too dark) and there is no response until today(10th december) morning 7.30am. They started the bus by 7.35am again but still they are saying 1 hour to reach chennai, its 6.45pm in the evening. Called few times on their manager phone but their response is very poor, no 1 picking my phone. Because of this issue my kids skipped their Half yearly exam today and my daughter who is travelling with me is sick. No proper response from the driver, they are simply showing face to their customers.Bookings done through TicketGoose. I don't like ticket goose encourage these kind of travels. Looks like Universal Travels are cheating the consumers every time as i gone through the consumer complaints below. Its not their 1st time so please take necessary action against this..

                                  I would like to file a complaint about the universal bus services, i am working in singapore and i was booked my bus ticket directly from their website during my india trip last month i got a text message from them on the day before and stated bus was canceled due to the breakdown.                                   The bus was suddenly cancelled four hours before scheduled departure. The reason given over phone is that the bus is simply unavailable. Looking at the earlier complaints made by customers, I am worried about refund as well. Very poor. Will never book again with Universal bus.

                                    I had booked for travel by universal travels from kumbakonam to coimbatore on 5th nov at 9.45 pm and at 6.45 pm, i had informed that the bus was breakdown and cannot run and we need to make alternate arrangements. During diwali period, no other buses were available, and we had to travel by engaging a cab all the way from kumbakonam to cbe expending rs.8000-10, 000/-. I want reimbursement from the travels concerned.
