Sir, i am studying in mizoram university, computer engineering, 5th semester, our hod dr prem nath teaches us "theory of computation" i was having a back in second semester for this reason our hod did not allow us for two month to attend the class... And later he allows me to attend... So due to this reason i am facing attendence problem now... But now he didnot allow me to appear the end sem exam...
Sir please take some action against him... Many other students of our department facing problems due to dr prem nath sir

D fellowship grant (2009) is still pending, (Not released) the amount is not disbursed to the principal of semi government college saifia science college, bhopal. Requesting you to please record the complaint and transfer the manf amount to my college principal or to my personal account. The details of my account are send to ugc. We frequently visit ugc to find out the position of grant, and every time it is said that the grant will be send to saifia college. Kindly release the grant to my account
Plz look into the matter. On investigating, saifia science college has confirmed that no award letter or amount has been received from ugc.

I was selected for sgc scholarship from university grant commision and my awardee letter number is (F./2016-17/sgc-obc[protected]/ (Sa-111/website), but the problem is the website adress given in that awardee letter is not opening (Showing that it is removed from website) in that website university should upload the awardee information. Instead of this ugc is informed that should be uploaded by pfms but no one giving information about how to upload and futhur procedure what to be done my university people also didnot know about this please help me out of this.

Respected sir, i inform you that in amu attached hospital (Jawahar lal nehru hospital and trauma center sister incharges (4200) salry grade pay is lower than staff nurses (4600) but according post wise sister incharges post is higher than staff nurses.
on the other end in bhu attached hospital sister incharges grade pay is 4800 and our grade pay is 4200 (In amu) why, plz solve this problem

I am rajeev kumar c n belongs to scheduled caste dalita. Studying research work under research guide associate professor dr. Chandrashekar bendigeri, department of mechanical engineering, uvce, kr circle, bangalore.
He is forcing me to change the guide due to i belonged to sc category and he complained against me always from when i joined to phd course. Simply creating unwanted reasons on me to submit complaint to department chairman. And abused to refuse course, forcing to change from full time to part-time. Scolding on my dalita caste again and again. Simply says to wait outside of his door to took sign on any paper from morning to evening. Scolding me in front of attenders, clerks, chairman etc.. I will kindly requesting you to please provide me justice and change this guide to mfg guide and help to move forward with my research work without any delay and time, waste.

I am a guest faculty working in renowned college in kerala, thrissur. (Skvc). I just wanted to know whether guest faculties need to work more than permanent faculties and should we do the work of permanent faculties who goes on leave for months without the knowledge of officials or without doing any substitution for the work they have to do? We have to take exam duties, skilled assistant dutiesfor which we are not paid and we have to take pg classes that should be taken by permanent teachers under ugc norms. Now we are facing another issue related to our workload and some o[censored]s needs to resign based on that. Some o[censored]s are not paid for the work they have done last year (It was the mistake created by administration part by their irresponsibility and they are also not ready to give the salary, just lagging). This time also they were not aware of the order given by dd office.
Dd office also have reduced workload (For pg 1 hour is not considered as 1.5 hours ug) according to the state government based order and not based on ugc order. Is ugc the lesser power than state government?. And also they are not considering the workload of associate professor as 14hours instead they are considering 16 hours of work. (This was given by ugc order developed in 2016).

With much sorrow i am writing my utter grievance for the very dissappointing behaviour o[censored]gc towards the reimbursement pattern for the ishan uday awardees for north eastern meritorious students
Firstly, it's been a year that i have not received my reimbursement of 7600rs per month. And all of my documents are upto dated. I am an awardee because of my merit and need of the scholarship. And when in a very unethical way, ugc does not pay heed to this matter of fact, it's quite disheartening.
Secondly, the contacts numbers provided in your website are either not in service or the sheer audacity of your employees to not receive the calls. I cannot perceive the idea of providing the contact numbers then.
It is my request to kindly take this matter seriously or else i would take a step further with the help of my state political party.

I want to withdraw my admission from vit but they are telling first off all pay your remaining three years fees then you will get your original documents back. I am very disappointed with vit. They were so nice before the admission was done. Now, they are rude. They are not properly answering. I don't like at vit that's clear thing and i don't want to be there anymore but they are so greedy that they are blackmailing me to get original documents back. First of f all o want my refund of first year and then my original documents back.

I am presently working as guest lecturer in sree kerala varma college, thrissur. Here we have a total of 112 lecturers but when anything like university exam duty comes it becomes only the responsibility of guest faculties and some sincere lectures while all others skip or force guest teachers to do their duty. Is this questionable? Will i get an answer? Also new guest faculties like us are given classes of post graduation to be taken which is already not allowed ugc according to norms.

I have person gone to "andhra university" regarding the transcript fees, but they have intimate the fees bsc/ba before 2000 pass out. Which is greater than my three years study fees (8000).

So for conformation i have collected the two universities transcript mark sheet fees in andhra pradesh, which is in between 600 to 1500. And also i send the e-mails to vice-chancellor and andhra university register office ([protected]@andhrauniversity. Info, [protected]@andhrauniversity. Info) the e-mail "failed delivery" due to email address could not be found. Then i taken e-mail for ugc site and send the e-mail this also "failed deliveary" due to email address could not be found.

Transcript :- xerox copy of the student mark sheets will be verified with sealed/signature by university conforming same and give the signed document with the sealed enveloper.

Can you please provide me the transcript mark sheet fees for below years in e-mail or post in the university website, so it is very helpful for other like me. If the fee which the have intimate me is correct then consider to take necessary action to bare by normal person like me.

Dear sir,

I am a external research scholour in kalasalingam university, krishnan koil, viruthunagar, district.

Iam doing my research from 2010 now i had published 8 papers but the university r and d, drc, guide is refusing to submit my thesis. When i registered my phd, university says that you can follow anna university, tamilnadu rules and publish 1 sci and 1 scopus. But now i had published 1 sci and 2 scopus journal. But they are refusing and forcing me to publish another one sci and one scopus.

If you are internal research scholar and regular scholar they are finishing the phd quickly. But external person they are asking money, every body is asking money indirectly. How can i pay this even i have publication. During my registration they never have plagiarism software, but now they buy before 3 years and published paper they are checking the plagiarism and they are refusing due to money.

Even though i had a style of writing so majority of my content comes only from me. My paper has plagiarism only in own content in all paper now with other papers.

Even in other university i[censored] have own style of writing with own plagiarism they are accepting, but in this university they are expecting money indirectly for every one.

Univeristy r& d, guide, drc members all saying that we can do anything …. Even ugc cannot take action…so what it means………

It shows clearly that no one can control them …..

So kindly i request you to give permission to accept my thesis………

I had been selected from ishan uday scholarship 2014, 15 year, but i have receive the scholarship money until june2016 now it has been more than 7 months i have not receive any amount. I went to canara bank (Golaghat branch) and asked them but they just do not give any answer regarding the pending i am suffering from a lot of problems in my study caused mony problem. I humbly request the activites under this scheme to kindly look into the problem and try to solve the issue mentioned above.

Sir had not received the amount of scholarship for one year[protected] in spit of summiting all the documents to canra bank abulane branh meerut.

I am a btech student of this university i have to inform you that our shridhar university pilani is not giving a proper education to its students and even dont provide us a practical experiments in our university, and the current suitations is very bad for our students, cause now college is suffering from lack of faculty members and even there is no well qualified faculties, so even college administration is not providing a faculty for some subject, due to which we faced a lot of problems, and as per i knew that ugc giving a norm to all private universities to run as per norm, but our shridhar university is not running as per norms, college adminstration just taking money from students and dont provide a good education here which leads to create a problems for students in future. Therefore i request kindly take action regarding our shridhar university to not running university properly, kindly respected sir or madam please solve our problems as soon possible cause we students faced a lots of problems.

Sir, i was selected ishan uday scholarship 2015-16 and getting scholarship upto feb 2016 after that i am not getting scholarship amount till now. I submitted renew form and continuation certificate properly to my local bank.
And another problem is that my course is b pharm course (4 year) but i does not scholarship amount rs.7800.
So respected sir please check my y problem. I have face many financial problems for complete my course.

All the documents related to this scholarship are submitted in canara bank. But i have not received my scholarship for last 6 months i. E. From february 2017 to july 2017 (Rs.4700*6= rs. 28, 200/-) and also the contingency (Rs. 10, 000/-) for this year i. E.[protected]. I have already submitted my yearly progress report w. E. F. June 2016 - july 2017 and my continuation certificate from february 2017- july 2017 in canara bank, santacruz, mumbai branch.
I have got my 18 months scholarship i. E. From august 2015-january 2017. Only my last 6 months scholarship is pending and this year contingency is remaining.
So, i request you to please help me out to get my remaining scholarship as early as possible.
