Worst Customer Service so cancel my course & refund my money

I had joined the Advanced DEVOPS certification course on 20th March 2026. When I enquired also no proper response and after multiple calls one person named Jasmeet called me and till I pay the course he called me multiple times but once joined the course they was no proper response from him.

From 3rd Apr 2026, I am trying to connect with Jasmeet for my EMI cancellation due to high processing fees but no response from him. But...

Edureka Generative AI Course Nomination Missed Twice Despite Follow-ups, Refund Requested

They have not assigned me the course which I have asked for and when I ask for refund they are not responding

I have enrolled for the Devops Training certification on 3rd April through a person from Edureka team named Mr.Rajesh ( Contact Number : [protected]). While enrolling the course I have asked for the immediate weekday batch and he said the batch will start on 8th of April but later he assigned me the batch for 6th of April. I asked him regarding this he told me we can change that at any point of time and April 8th batch has been cancelled....

Payment submitted for course but not online classes link not reflected in edureka website

I purchased microservices architect course on 14th Jan 2024, payment was successful and edureka sent success mail to my gmail Id- tanyabitaan.[protected]@gmail.com.

But, on opening edureka website, I am not able to see the online class link. Myorders/Myclassroom section is empty.

I contacted edureka support team, they responded back after 3 days and told issue is resolved but issue is not resolved after checking edureka...

Regarding edureka offline centre

I joined the center in September.Now at the Last of October i got to know the center has been closed.Edureka is not refunding my money its their fault its not mine i take the ceter as per my convenience now its their fault it has been closed.They are approaching me and force me to take online lectures at home if i had to do online everything so why do i go to offline center.Its their fault they have to refund my money....

PG Devops Course Admission Cancellation

I need my refund

Hi, will share my pointers below;

1. While enrollment process it was informed to me over call that I can discontinue and no EMIs will be deducted from my account. Also the process felt very forceful as while doing I requested multiple times to your team members that I still need time n wanna have enough balance to continue the EMI and course and don't wanna do it now.

Request raised for refund

Hi,

I had applied for power BI course on 3rd April 2023. The batch was starting on the same day.
However due to some circumstances I am not able to follow the course, so I called them on 4th April 2023 and have asked the team to cancel my enrollment and refund the fees that I paid 16001.

Want to cancel my purchase within 24 hours

I have booked 'tech master of master' courses to get the discount offer as requested by executive. Which I like to cancel it. I have get not response from executives and even got an email saying that this account my not exist.
