My name is varsha.. i have passed my graduation (BMCAJ) from NRAI school of mass communication affliated to MGU in 2015. Now the university is asking an amount of 5000rs. For the provisional certificate.. and when i made an objection to the university. . They behaved very rudely... and becoz of this.. i have wasted an year as i didnt get my provisional..
My college is also not helping me regarding the same... and also i didnt have any update regarding my degree..
I request you to plz take an appropriate action regarding that..

I HAVE ALREADY NOTICED THRICE ABOUT THIS MISTAKE TO UGC THROUGH CANARA BANK
But There is no ANSWER from UGC
