Sir,
With regards, i would like to inform you that applicant, basant kumar kanaujiya, son of shri chote lal kanaujiya - resident of village - karwa, post-mallavan, district-hardoi. The applicant has topped the university with 94 marks in 100 in the m. Phil. History entrance examination of the session 2017-18 of the department of history of babasaheb bhimrao ambedkar central university, lucknow. Due to being a student of scheduled caste, the university administration cannot digest this success of basant kanaujiya. Five days before the admission counselling to prevent the admission of promising students, the disciplinary committee of the university has organized a meeting of the proctorial board in extemporaly and has issued a notice on the website of the university that the fir has been lodged by the university administration on these people. All the departments have been instructed that such students will not be admitted.in this way, the tughluq decree released by the university is the open violation of article 21 of the indian constitution, fundamental right of education of the person. Why the fir is being lodged over scheduled caste students? Because these promising students of the university have been continuously raising the voice of scheduled castes students in the university against the exploitation, irregularities and corruption. For this reason, the exploitation of sc students in the university is at the peak, due to the exploitation of the students remain in constitutional filings and submit their protest by continuously protesting against the university administration to fulfil their demands. Sir, i want to aware you that the disciplinary committee does not issue any show cause notice to any student according to the rules, nor does any investigation committee make or issue any warning notice. Due to the demands of the students of the university, they have filed fir in the fake case against the innocent students directly with the help of the police administration. University administration threatens to ruin the future. Due to this, most of the scheduled castes and scheduled tribe students who are studying in the university are afraid and are being made part of conspiracy by lodging over fake fir to make their future darker.
It may be known that in the past june 2017, a professor of the university was caught by the cbi for taking bribe on charges of corruption. Some administrative officials of the university are on sexual abuse, exploitation of phd scholars, allegations of corruption, but they occupy high administrative positions: - the administrative officials who are accusing the students of being rowdy and bullied, those administrative officers are sexually above exploitation, tampering with their research students, bothering, ph. D. Scholars, and forcing them to leave ph. D. But the university administration does not take any action against such teachers, but instead of that they have been given a higher position, so that they make their arbitrators and prepare them for criminal students like them. Looking at the methodology of the university, it seems that no officer, not only the police, is run by the police as there is no work of disciplinary committee here. The dignity of many people is getting tired and the future of the students is clouding the crisis. As the past year, the university administration did not take admission in the entrance examination of the department of history, phd, shreyat and sandeep shastri. Which has resulted in a one year of both students being wasted? Sc students of the university are fighting for their survival. By making every part of every conspiracy the university administration is hiding its black deeds. The method of working of the university administration is good. They will file fir against those who raise their voices against the university's university administration without giving any reason to the notice and the investigation committee and then they will issue notice to stop their admission later.
Therefore, it is a humble request to you that in view of the bright future of student please grace the entry of the applicant to m. Phil. History. This can prevent the future of the student from spoiling. And i hope that the action would be taken by you as soon as possible and i hope for that as it.
