I am lekhika a Ph.D. Ist year student from department of Physics IIT Bombay. I am a UGC scholar. I actually haven't received my fellowship after July. The scholarship has been approved by the IIT as it's shown on my fellowship portal page. Then what is the reason of delay i don't know.

My college didn't gave us a single online lecture and now they want to complete there syllabus so they are giving us lot of assignments to complete the syllabus in every subject.
