University of Delhi — degree not received

I am a student of sol and i have completed my graduation in 2015. But in spite up till now i have not received my degree.. I hv been to north campus multiple times bt degree section staff did not cooperate with me. They always replied me same that come after two months. And i hv visited number of times and bt didn't get the proper answer. I hv to go for higher studies and degree is very important for me for further documentation process.
