I ve been working for an IT company in Dubai.
I ve done MSC IT in Madras Univ through correspondence course.
I ve paid 22000 DHS to Madras Univ's authorized dealer.
Dealer did not pay the amount to university it appears.
For that University is not issuing my mark statements and other certificates.
Without that certficate I cannot proceed further in my carrier.
Can you please take action against Madras University
and kindly issue my certificates. This would be a great help for me. Thanks in advance.

They have misprinted my name which is Rohan to Rohah . How stupid of the university people to have misspelt my name which is a lot prior to other details, because of which im not able to find a proper job. I wish to sue them because of the people they employ, who are hopeless, no proper guidance. They are illeterates and they work in the university and have no manners to talk to any students. I wish this matter is taken seriously if not the only option is heading to the press and sueing their name upfront. I wonder if our govt. is such dirty, wonder when INDIA will ever develop.

Result came three weeks back i asked my Mark Sheet they said come and collect but when i ask them they said simply we are shifting now so u come to next week. I said for my further study i need my mark sheet urgently so pls do the needful. but he said we ll give next week only. University of Madras staffs are spoiling more and more students study and those irresponsbility revert should affect students only.
There lazyness affect all. if this continously happening it ll bigger ashame to University of Madras

IRRESPONSIBLE - UNIVERSITY OF MADRAS

I was scheduled to write my MA History examinations on 5th June 2010 at 9.30 am (10.00 am is the exam) at Sindhi College of Arts & Science 146, Poonamallee Highr Road, Chennai 600 077, but when I went to the venue the authories i.e (The College Principa, ) told me that they had not received my Hall ticket and I cannot write the exam.They asked me to go to the University and bring duplicate Hall ticket which I cannot do since the University is 20kms away. They asked me to go home and bring the Challan through which I had paid the fees and I told them that it will take time and by the time I returned the exam would have started. But I agreed to them and I went home (K.K,Nagar which is about 20kms away) and brought my challan and showed it to them but they did not allow me since the examination has already completed.

I register this complaint with protest and it is clear that it is the fault o[censored]niversity of Madras since it had not sent my name and Hall ticket to the authorities in Sindhi College. It is show that how IRRESPONSBILE IS THE UNIVERSITY OF MADRAS IS AND IT HAS DENIED ME THE RIGHT TO WRITE THE EXAM FOR NO FAULT OF MINE.

HENCE I REQUEST YOU TO IMMEDIATELY PROVIDE ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO WRITE THIS EXAM.

I have completed MBA at Madras University by 2008, but so far I have not received my Final MBA Degree certificate. Also I have followed lot of times, but I am not getting any proper response. Since I need the same urgently.

Pls do the needful...

I am doing MBA in madaras university, still I didnt get my I year marksheet while rest of my friends recieved not only myself few people asked the management people where the marksheets will be issued, response was tottaly ridiculas

Simple I wanna express their behaviour that even we can expect nice behaviour from uneducated people but madaras university's staffs ???????? dont know how to express it. Not all .

While I was asking them about our marksheet simply they are telling that batch by batch marksheets are issued but still we dont get our marksheets please take nessary action.

I would like to introduce myself as Palanisamy and joined MSc-Chemistry in Madras university -Distance Education for the Calendar year of[protected].I got books and ID in time,but unfortunately i was not able to attend the classes,so i left the first year class.Anyway i paid the second first instalment fee in time and tried to attend the first year class in 2008 Jan, i met the Department and they advised me to take direrctly 2nd year class because that is my current year of pursuing,moreover ,to avoid the penalty (app 5,000) for continuing the 2 year classes. Here their matter is really sympathetic approach on my financial affairs ,I like it.

The scene happened is ultimately played turning point in my life and they proved themself as government servent.Here i explain that when i met the respective college The Great DG Vaishnav college-chemistry Dep- HOD ,he refused me to take the2nd year class directly without first year class attend.He replied me it is not possible ,you can take class in university (just he expressed his angryness-Never such option ).So i reported the same to concern IDE-Department.Again they asked me to request him to take 2nd yr class.

In my second approach to the DGV Chemistry Dep HOD did the same on me. Once again i met IDE-Dep and expressd my feel. Now they replied that if he does n't allow we can't to the favour for you.

Recently approached the IDE-Dep in Oct2009 i got satisfactory reply from the SO that is the first year class may start in Jan2010 you have to complete the fees (if any pending) and to be paid around 5,000as renewal for each year and i aggreed .Unexpectedly the class starts in Dec2009 as i got the information when i called them to[protected].

So i reached the IDE-Dep Section Officer on30th Nov 2009,he smashed me throgh his duty as it is not at all possible to pursue the class (Even from 1st year ),Ultimately the admission would be cancelled and only to ejoin with all formalities as new admission.On the same hand ,i met Registerer -Admission and got the same reply. Then what about my amount RS.21,580.

I admitted my mistake that not attend the class in current yearly. I think the system which in the university is not supervising by the relevant person who has getting salary for such duty. Many can say that because of irregular students in their activities, but it might happen in many,many 's life with any of gov department ,i'm sure.

Please offer me some advice to face this problem in shortly as i agreed that the fund non-refundable in the instruction .

I admitted my mistake that not attend the class.

Not get the 6th sem marksheeet after recorrection which was submitted in oct'08.Please send it soon as confirmation in the compant delayed by that.

I am pursuing Bachelor of Business Administration from Institute of Distance Education, Madras University. I had appeared for second year examinations, which were held on May 2008. Though the results were declared in October 2008, I am still awaiting to get my original marksheet as well as marked absent by mistake in Management accounting (UCXD) subject. So I would like to urge you to kindly look into the matter and help to avail my results before July 2009 examinations.

The highly acclaimed madras university is performing very poorly.
The university's concern over distance education is better than the regular.
Every one in the web are blogging that the vice-chancellor is sleeping.
Their performance in paper evaluation is very worst.
The delayed so much.
After very long time they published the results for ug, still they didn't publish results for pg.
Meanwhile, anna university announced the dates for the next semester and gave the hall-tickets also.
Do publish this grievance in the national newspaper.
Lets see what the university's reply...

I am doing MBA through Distance Mode from Madras University.My REG no is A7101PBA9234. I checked my MBA (1st Year) Results of May 2008 Examinations on 7th Dec 2008. I got PASS in all the subjects (9 Papers), but in "Management Accounting (PBAD)" my result is showing as "Absent".

I am sure that I have attended all the 10 Papers without fail. But this "Absent" Result in PBAD (Management Accounting) is shocking me.Regarding this, I tried many times to all the IDE Phone numbers. But I didn't get any response from your side.

So I directly came to University campus from Bangalore and gave the letter to the corresponding person on 12th December 2008.But still now, I didnt get any response from the University side.

Now I had received the Mark Statement too.In that also, it is showing ABSENT for the particular paper.What should I do now?I dont want to appear again for the same exam!

Am doing B.Com (C.S) in madras University 2005 to 2008.
this year i dint get my hall ticket also. but in exam center they arriange a seprate room like me(with out hall ticket) . Result came on october but i dint get my result for all papers, i got for 4 papers and i wrote 6 papers. so i gave letter for that. irresposable staffs still telling "i wil call when your results come".
My higher studies?????????????

i have passed BBA examination in the year 1997. but still now i have not yet received my degree convacation. Inspite of my several letter and emails to Director, Vice chancellor, Controller of examintaions. They are not responding properly.

so think twice to join is Madras niversity.
