University Of Madras — BCOM online payment success but didn't receive confirmation email also the enrollment number | |
Hi, I paid the tuition fee for the university of madras BCOM distance education first year through online payment of Rs. 7822.24 on 31/10/2020. It showed transaction success screen and also amount debited from my account. But when i clicked next, it showed some error. Then i tried to log in again, it shows me to pay the amount again. But the amount was debited from my account. I don't know where the amount is gone. I didn't receive any confirmation email or enrollment number from the university of madras so far. Registered mobile no: [protected] Regestered email id: [protected]@gmail.com Please help me as soon as possible...creen and also amount debited from my account. This is Indhumathi I paid tuition fees amount on 2/11/2020 Rs.12428 for Master of Counseling psychology . The amount was deducted from my account and got message from bank also it shows transaction sucessful " when I clicked NEXT it showed me error in page" But not yet received any confirmation message or mail from university of Madras distance education Sofar .when I login again it shows me to pay the amount . Please help me Asap ...
