University Of Madras — course completion certificate not received

Dear Sir. This is Martin Vijay, i have completed the Distance Education course MA Christian Studies - Roll Number -A14322PCS6004, duration June 2014-May 2016, from Bangalore Study centre. After the completion till now i have not received my course completion certificate which is most needed for my future education and work. repeated attempts have proven failure in getting my certificates. I earnestly request you to help me to get my certificate. All the payment to the university is done through the study centre. i have the related receipts of two years. Kindly take this as most urgent as i require the Graduation certificate for my future. Trusting you help..i wait for speedy response. Thank you!!!
