I have been a student of B.COM Day College for the year[protected] .

I have recently completed my arrears in November 2016 and passed the same.
I have collected the Provisional Certificate bearing Folio Number DKSAGI0210 in October 2017 .
As my job requires me to hand over copies of my educational Qualifications i hereby request the university to issue a Degree Certificate from Madras University at the earliest.
I have been to the university a number of times in the last three months however they do not give an answer to a proper time frame neither they attend their calls and they keep giving excuses that the person in charge is on leave or in camp for training.
