University Of Madras — Degree in absentia | |||
I am a retired AMC officer. I am a proud holder of MD (Branch IV, Micro) of this prestigious university which I had passed in 1974. Due to my service conditions I was unable to obtain the degree personally. I was given a provisional certificate (Dis No YE 5533, C. No. 4234, Folio No 24, Reg No 162) on 23 May 1976. After my retirement I intend to practice as a Pathologist. For this I need the actual degree to register it with M P Medical Council. The deadline is 31 March 16. I have been trying the Controller of Exams via emails, Fax and telephonic calls and start proceedings to get it but there is NO positive response from his office. PLEASE HELP ME.
