University Of Madras — MBA online payment success but didn't receive confirmation email also the enrollment number

Hi,
I paid the tuition fee for the university of madras MBA first year through online payment of Rs.20363 on 28/10/2020. It showed transaction success screen and also amount debited from my account. But when i clicked next, it showed some error. Then i tried to log in again, it shows me to pay the amount again. But the amount was debited from my account. I don't know where the amount is gone.
I didn't receive any confirmation email or enrollment number from the university of madras so far.

Please help me as soon as possible...
