It is very strange and disappointing that such a big and reputed universisty does not have any email id mentioned on their website for customer service queries. I needed to enquire about online payment and processing for my world education society (Wes) application. However, it is even more disappointing to find that anna university has online submission of wes application however madras university does not have any links. People residing outside the country with no associates in chennai, will have no other option than to travel all the way or to trust some third party agency to do this for them at a premium price. This is really shocking that they don't have an online payment portal when all are so keen about digitalisation and advancement in technology. Was this information helpful? | |
