I had to move my household items from bangalore to kerala. This guy by name vinod came home to see the items and gave 15k as the quote, and he said i need to pay only half the amount and rest can be paid after the delivery in kerala. He said carpenter will accompany the loaders, they will do all unloading and will also fix the items back. The bill included all this. On the day of shifting, only 3 guys came, 3 hours late than promised. They did a hotch potch job and loaded the items. Then the actual game started. They started demanding the full amount, gst extra etc. When we declined, they loaded the items and left. Immediately after that i got a call from unnati proprietor sandeep kumar in a threatening voice and he demanded that we need to reach his office the next day morning to pay the full amount. We didn't go. The next whole day the threats continued. They behaved like rowdies and started shouting and abusing. Finally we paid the entire amount and only then the items were shipped. Unlike what was promised and committed in the bill they did not do unloading or unpacking in kerala. Many items were damaged. This was such a disappointing and sad experience we had. Anyone else considering them, think again! They are frauds!! Be very very careful.
