Unnati Packers And Movers — Non-delivery/Missing of Items

This is the fraud Packers and Movers. They have misplaced my piano worth Rs. 48, 000 while relocating the stuff from Bangalore to Pune. Either they have sold it in the market or they have given it to someone else. They are not even providing me a single rupee for my item. The guy named Sandeep Mob No. [protected] is a professional liar and runs this business on lie only. They do not have their own vehicles to relocate the stuff. They hire other packers and movers for every step i.e
1- From your house to their godwon.
2- From their godown to the godown of other packer and mover which will actually relocate your stuff.
3- From that packer and mover to the godown of other packer and movers in the destination city.
4- From that godown to your home.

This all process makes your stuff more vulnerable to theft, misplacement and mishandling which may lead to broken. They just make money by being the mediator. Guy named Sandeep will lure you by making lot of promises before, assuring you of the perfect quality and security and even says that these reviews have been posted by their rival companies. This is what he did to me and I came in his false words. Initially before the deal, he called me daily, talked for 15-20 mins, and now, he don't even picks my phone. I am in the very loss of money and apart from it, I had the feelings attached with that piano as I put my first two salaries to buy that and now I can't even think to buy it again.

Initially, he did a lot of false promises about the non-missing of the product. After approx 1 month, he accepted that the item got missed from his side and promised to give the amount within 15 days and asked to message my account number to his mobile. When the 15 days passed and I did not get the amount, I called him but he stopped receiving my phone and used to switch off his mobile phone. Finally, when I put lot of pressure, he refused to give the money and asked me to do whatever I can do and even asked me to file a court case.

Please take all the reviews of this "Unnati Packers and Movers" seriously. Don't book any stuff with them. They will try to attract you with very less quotation as compare to others, but at the end, they will take one of your costly stuff to make the profit and you will be the one who would be in great loss.
