Sir i am writing this complaint on behalf of all colony members,
I am living in kashiram awasiya colony village tatarpur district kasganj 207123, and i would like to confirm that i am happy with service o[censored]ttar pradesh jal nigam, mr. Mohanlal posted here as a tubwell operator, his behavior is not good and very unsetisfied the service of him. I am mentioned below few points.
A) his behavior not good with colony members and talk rudely.
B) he show hooliganism at the time of duty.
C) he doesn't peovide good service and not open tubwell on time, and when we asked to open he said i will work same, you can complain my name wherever you want.
D) he does not spill water which impact our tank doesn't full.
E) he open the tubwell only for 15 minutes per day with low flow of water.
F) he fights our women's and arguing daily.
Sir i know uttar pradesh jal nigam know how to taking care of their customers and needs.
Mostly people are living on top floor, and he spill the water with low flow which impact is water does not reach in our tank. Requested you please investigate the total mettar, what happened wrong with him and order for provide service the same as like earlier.
