Up Scholarship — Correction date was not informed by the institute.

Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I am a student of BIET Jhansi. We have submit scholarship form. There are some suspect appear in the form and there were correction date but our institute did not informed us about the dates. That's why our final corrected forms are not forwarded. Now they have submitted suspected related documents and convey us about the last date of suspected related document submission which was 15 and we do so. But we have also correct our form and these forms are now not forwarded just because we were unaware of the last date of correction which was 10th Jan. One more thing, why some suspect of having "unmatched university roll no.and cbse/icsc roll no. not matched with up board" shown in our form. This is not our fault. I don't know what's strategy behind it but because of these suspect we mis guide us and with confusion we lost the date of correction.
Please help us. Please expand the correction date at least until prematric have. We are sorry for our fault. We should have checked the dates regular.
But our institute is too responsible for this. Even we have talked to Samaj Kalyan. But they didn't even said about the dates.
Please do something.
We really need scholarship.
