Up Scholarship — I have not got scholarship + fee reimbursement

Dear sir/madam,

I`m sube chandra student of b. Ed [ college name: israji devi shikshan sansthan, hanua, chaka, naini, allahabad.

I have submitted form for the scholarship+ fee reimbursement [sc category]
But unfortunately did not get the same. I have passed 3rd semester with more that 60% marks result announced as on 02.02.2019 by [allahabad state university]

In scrutiny result these is showing - suspect - student applied is same course as in previous session, - got rejected by district committee, while i`m now in 2nd year only.

I request you please disbursed my scholarship+ fee reimbursement soonest as [lucknow university] had committed zero fee for sc/st candidate.

I `m unable for pay fee due to financial issue. Please help me with fastest action.
